How to Pay for Your Order?
All payments are processed by a secure server. It is a very safe and unique system and as a result Jolly Roger does not at any time view your card details. This is an added level of security that we have added for your protection allowing safe and worry free internet shopping.
When making a payment please make sure your billing address, as entered in your account details, matches the registered statement address of your card. (The address on the top of your card bank statement.) If you require your order to be delivered to a different address, please amend the shipping address in your account details, as appropriate.
At the final checkout page of the Jolly Roger website, check the details of your order and press proceed to make a payment. You will now be directed to the secure payment server. You will now be asked to make a payment. You can choose from Switch, Maestro, Electron, Solo, Master Card and Visa. After adding your details and proceeding you will be asked to check and verify your order details and complete. After this process you will be redirected back to the Jolly Roger website. Your order will now be processed for shipping.
How do I view my account details?
After you have placed an order or you have registered with the site, you can edit you details within your account area. Press the login Tab at the top of the page and enter your email address and password.
Click on the account link at the top of the page to access your account details. From here you can edit your address details, view your account history and print VAT invoices.
How do I print a VAT invoice?
- In your account details, click the order history button.
- Click on the view details button for the appropriate transaction. At the bottom of the page you will see the print VAT invoice button. Please make sure pop-ups are allowed on your browser before proceeding.
- Click the print VAT invoice button to proceed.
I've received the wrong item
Please check all packaging before opening your order(s) to ensure you have received the correct product. If you have ordered the wrong product, you can return it to us for an exchange. Please see our returns policy. You may be charged for redelivery.
If we have sent the wrong product, which does not match the description on your invoice, you can return it to use for an exchange. Please see our returns policy. We will refund the cost of postage where applicable.
Is it safe to use my card to make a payment?
Yes. All card processing is handled independently by our secure payment server. At no time do Jolly Roger view your card payment details. The secure payment system has been implemented as part of our commitment to help stop internet fraud and to make shopping at Jolly Roger a safe and worry free process.
